Can I return my order?

Hanna.Pen offers a full refund on all goods you may be dissatisfied with.

Unsuitable or defective items may be returned for refund or exchange providing they are received within

14 day of the original delivery date in brand new, unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging. This must be accompanied with a note stating your name, address, email, contact telephone number, order number and full reason for the return. You will need to pay for cost of returning the goods.

Delivery is damaged. What should I do?

Please contact me immediately and describe the condition of item. If the damage had occured due to delivery, you will get a full refund. Please also state whether you require a refund or replacement. The final decision regarding the refund is at my discretion. If the goods are not found to be defective, you will need to pay for cost of returning the goods.

Can I expect the colours to look exaclty as shown on my screen?

Every effort is made to ensure that the images displayed on this website are as accurate as possible, but I cannot guarantee an exact match to the product displayed on your screen due too individual screen and colour differences.
