My name is Hanna Penatzer, I live in Vienna, Austria and love drawing since I was a child. Apparently it took 30 years until I decided to be a colourpencil artist. With my work I want to show the beauty of Austrian Wildlife.

My drawings
I create highly detailled colourpencil drawings. Therefore many hours are necessary to capture the nature of the fur, feathers and the animal's character in the best possible way.
But I enjoy every line. From the very first sketch to the very last highlight.

For my work I just use quality materials. I mostly draw on Hahnemühle Nostalgie Natural White Paper (format DIN A1) with oilbased colourpencils from the brands Fabercastell und Caran d'Ache.
